In the last of dance teacher Nikki Santilli’s online Rhythm & Book series of lockdown Wednesday night talks, Nikki herself will be looking at words in jazz. From the spiritual and earthy blues through the Harlem Renaissance poetry to jive talk and the experiments in combining jazz music and poetry in the 1950s—perhaps the most literal expression of the series’s name, "Rhythm & Book".
