The Candlelight Club is an award-winning clandestine pop-up 1920s speakeasy, in a secret London venue lit by candles. Each event offers a one-off cocktail menu with special themes, plus live period jazz bands and vintage vinylism for your dancing pleasure.

See out 2022 as Gatsby would do it! At our 1920s speakeasy in a long-forgotten, candlelit hall in central London, a host of flappers and Bright Young Things will frolic to live jazz, cabaret and retro DJs. We’ll be open until 2am and marking midnight with the traditional countdown.

 Leading the revels will be impish impresario Champagne Charlie, introducing live music from Elise Roth and her High Standards swing band, accompanied by Charleston dance troupe the Gatsby Girls. When the band aren’t playing DJs the Bee’s Knees will be spinning platters by long-dead artists for your shimmying pleasure.

 There will also be a special four-course dinner menu to preorder, or the option to reserve tables with Champagne, plus a menu of bar snacks and sharing platters to order for the table.

 Our smoking terrace will be open for you to enjoy cigars from our Rum & Cigar bar.
