As this year is the 50th anniversary of the release of The Godfather, Part Two, Il Comitato Glorioso respectfully invite you to A Party You Can't Refuse, with a theme encompassing mafiosi and gangsters in general, from Prohibition-era bootleggers to mid-century Las Vegas and Cuba. There will be silly games, including a re-enactment of the St Valentine's Day Massacre, a hunt for the body of Jimmy Hoffa, and a chance to show your skill at placing a horse's head in someone's bed without waking the sleeper. There will also be the famous Grand Raffle and the traditional Lucky Dip (well, lucky for some perhaps—I mean, we all make our own luck, right?). In case you get peckish, the soup kitchen will be open, proving that the Committee really do care about the little people. More details to come…
