Our speaker will be Ridade Stardust who will deliver a talk entitled Mindful Tolerance vs Mindless Tolerance. She explains: “We live in a Western world, where freedom of speech is heralded very highly—or is it? In this talk, I'll share my personal life experiences of the various levels of tolerance and intolerance that I have witnessed, in many an area of life. Are we being hushed or are we truly free to stand up for ourselves and at what cost?”
