The Candlelight Club is an award-winning clandestine pop-up 1920s speakeasy, in a secret London venue lit by candles. Each event offers live period jazz bands and vintage vinylism for your dancing pleasure, plus a dining options, cocktails bars and more.
Join us in our historic ballroom to mark 14 years of Prohibition-themed shenanigans. There will be live jazz music from Laurence Corns and his Hot Strings Review. When the band aren’t playing our DJs the Bee’s Knees will be spinning vintage vinyl. Calling the shots will be our cabaret Host with the Most, Champagne Charlie, and the icing on the cake will be sizzling burlesque from Fallon Dee to evoke the anything-goes atmosphere of the Jazz Age.
Elsewhere our tarot reader Lucius will be on hand to glimpse into your future, while sketch artist Svetlana Lierre will be ready to capture you in all your vintage finery..
There will be a three-course dinner menu to preorder, or the option to reserve tables with Champagne, plus a menu of bar snacks and sharing platters to order for the table. See www.thecandlelightclub.com/reservation-options.
"The closest you'll find to an authentic Jazz Age experience in central London. Its unique ambience, fuelled by hundreds of candles, is truly a scene to behold." —Time Out
